As for the experience, I am picking up more and more web knowledge as I go. I am hoping in a month or so to have a deep enought skill set to make my site fun and engaging for the end user. Right now it is in its infancy and a little on the utilitarian side. If you know of any good books on the subject, please shoot me an email-I am always up for learning something new.
